I will usually reply within a day, but be aware that if I am away I
will not reply until I return. I am retired and can be travelling
overseas for up to a month.
If you are having problems configuring or using sellEbit please read the manual
before contacting us.
We welcome feedback. Actually, we depend on your feedback!
We want to know:
- if you have trouble using sellEbit.
- if you can not process your gateway Emails.
- if anything does not work.
- if there was something in the manual you did not understand.
- if you can suggest improvements.
- if you just hate something.
- if something is very slow
- if there are error messages in the background screen
Positive or negative comments are all welcome. Of course we reserve
the right to disagree, but we will attempt to respond to all
feed back with a gracious reply.
We are unable to obtain sample Emails from all the hundreds of
payment gateways, so we reply on you to send us some examples of
Emails that are not processed:
- exported Emails as text files are preferred (from the error
folder). You can forward mail if you like.
- change the contents if you are worried about confidentiality.
- if you have old mail send us a spread of older mail as the
formats may have changed.
We will set up a parsing definition for your mail and send you an
new parsing file. Please note:
- We have limited resources so will only help you with mail from
gateways that have a substantial web presence.
- It may take us a while to respond.
- Emails have not been designed with parsing in mind so some
cannot be processed.
