Queanbeyan Surf Lifesaving Club
The club is raising money to buy a new boat.
The picture of the boat is on the Club's web site with an appeal for
donations.
When someone clicks on the Donate button and pays, the payment
gateway sends an Email, which is entered into the sellEbit database
and:
- A "thankyou" Email is sent to the donor with an attachment
telling more about the club and the new boat.
- A tax receipt is sent to the donor.
The club can access the database to review the donation total.
When sufficient money has been collected an invitation to the
launching ceremony is mailed to all donors from sellEbit.
Every year an invitation to the New Year Fundraising Party is mailed
(using sellEbit) to everyone who has supported the Club.
